Investiture Ceremony

The Investiture ceremony signifies reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested student office bearers, they also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities.

The investiture ceremony held at GPS on 22nd June 2024 with lots of zeal, were conferred with badges and sashes ,the students council takes oath by the Principal to hold the school motto of loyalty, truth and honour in high esteem, he also exhorted them to upload the values, children are reminded that with the position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers.

Each member marched on the stage to be badged and sashed by the chief guest Mr.Girish, Asst. Fire Station Officer.

After sincere oath taking ceremony council members from the four different houses of GPS marched proudly in the corridor and took their places with waving flags symbolizing their aspirations for their respective houses.

I’m Nainika M., the Cultural Head of Gurukula Public School. I feel proud to be part of a school that celebrates culture with such passion and unity. One of the highlights of the year was Gurukula Utsava, a joyful event that brought students together through performances and celebration.

Cultural activities at Gurukula help students discover talents, build confidence, and learn team-
work. Our Annual Day showcases these skills through dance, drama, and music, while festivals like Eid, Christmas, Pongal, and Navaratri teach us the beauty of diverse traditions.

Rashtrakuta house are always determined to do their best by following the motto of the house. The house for the whole year has been dynamic and colourful.

The students learnt many motivational things by participating in special assemblies. The leadership qualities, self-discipline, organization skills sportsmanship were also followed while performing the duties and competing with other houses.
